Policy:
We must have and implement written privacy policies and procedures for protected health information designed to comply with the Privacy Rules. Our adoption and implementation of these Privacy Policies and Procedures satisfies this requirement.
Procedure:
1.
We must promptly change these Privacy Policies and Procedures as necessary and appropriate to comply with each change in the Privacy Rules or applicable federal or state privacy law, and promptly implement the change.
- If the change significantly affects the content of our Privacy Practices Notice, we must make corresponding changes to our Notice, and make the notice available upon request on or after the effective date of the revision of our Notice.
